Hirotaka Jewelry accepts returns on unworn, pristine items within 14 days of delivery, provided all original packaging and security tags remain intact. Please note that personalized pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure Packaging
Carefully place your jewelry in its original designer box and protective shipping carton to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your return package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
